Great and pleasant hotel located so close to the Sheraton Royal Orchid, beautiful gardens and downtown. Fresh food, comfy and stunning room with very comfortable bed, amazing views. A wide array of satisfactory breakfast items to choose from. Good and pleasant location just a short walk away from Fn Outlet. Simply no reason to complain, fab stay.

The hotel is clean and big size with exceptionally nice and exceptional staff members. I truly enjoyed my room - big size and huge with amazing views;)))

The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious and there was convenient on-site parking available.

This hotel truly offers value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail that exceeded my expectations. The location in beautiful gardens right at the beach in the Cha-Am area near Hua Hin is simply breathtaking. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with their warmth and attentiveness making me feel truly welcome. The rooms on the upper floors were comfortable and offered amazing views.

Room with pool access is great. Swimming pool area is big and very nice, located close to the beach. Many good restaurants.

Service, staff friendliness, pool and amenities

Spending Christmas at this resort was a great idea! Loved the extensive pool complex and the gym. Perfect if you're looking for a relaxing getaway as the location is a bit outside of the hustle and bustle of town. The buffet was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The cost of the shuttle service was quite expensive, and the schedule was a bit limited. , the room could use a bit of maintenance and updating.

The service was outstanding. Each and everyone of the staff has been trained to greet the hotel guests to make them feel welcome. Breakfast was an abundance of both European and Asian choices - something for everyone. Breakfast plates were cleared very quickly after each course to make room for the next. We were particularly impressed with the spacious ground - all very well designed. In spite of the size, it had a personal feel about it. The offer of Indian, Malay, Thai and Japanese food in their main restaurant was a very nice touch and something different.

WE had a big problem with the MATTRESS - either very old or a bad design. It was far too soft and did not provide suport for the back. It was one of those where one sinks into the middle and if you try to turn, you have to go against the weight of the mattress! The breakfast tea was not very good either even though it was served in a nice pot. It was not made fresh and the tea came from a giant pot on the side from which the small teapot was filled.

Room service, restaurant is over price. Check in-check out very slow, If you like to be pampered western style this is it. Very isolated. But if you want to see local lifestyle this is not for you Pool is noisy with children.

We had an amazing and luxurious stay at this hotel. The exclusive amenities were superb, making us feel really pampered. The Spa & wellness centre provided us ultimate relaxation, with the calming Sauna, steam room and massage facilities. The outdoor swimming pool was large and beautifully kept, and we loved the poolside entertainment. The hotel had direct beach access with a great beachfront seating area. The restaurant, bar/lounge area offered good food and drinks.

The only minor downside was that the location was a bit far from the main town, but the hotel provided an easy shuttle service. we had an enjoyable stay and highly recommend this venue.

Resort is beautiful, breakfast was lovely though first morning it was chaotic and busy, had a few issues but was resolved very quickly.

Not in Hua Hin, however, there is a shuttle bus which runs regularly, in which you have to pay for the bus. Mosquitos were out in force during our stay and the hotel were running an infestation control programme.

The hotel was celebrated some of their own anniversary but they didn't mention about a huge temporary tent on its beach where obstruct its best view as they always tried to advertise, we've stunned in its large beach front's swimming pool when have to see 30 labors installed this huge tent all our two nights staying there, it's not fair for us and all of guests at those dates.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for the amazing amenities provided. The location in the beautiful gardens right by the beach in the Cha-Am area was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The rooms on the upper floors were well-appointed, with amazing views and a balcony to enjoy the scenery. The breakfast spread was impressive, with food from all around the world, providing plentiful options to suit everyone's tastes.

Great restaurants n facilities.

However we were there Easter weekend and there was a thai wedding so room service and housekeeping was poor. Go but avoid long weekends in Thailand or weddings.
